Newton Brandburn Pittman (born August 29, 1976) is an American voice actor working for Funimation, best known for playing Gray Fullbuster in Fairy Tail, Zwei in Phantom ~Requiem for the Phantom, and Panties in Eden of the East. Pittman lived in New York City for eight years, before returning to the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex area.

Drawing inspiration from trailblazers like Cash, Waylon and all three Hanks, Texas-based singer-songwriter Newt Pittman has never fit the mold of a traditional boots-and-buckles country singer. Some call his lyrics dark; his style, rebellious; and that's fine by him. His music transcends the genre, incorporating rock, grunge and soul in order to create a country sound that's one of a kind. From New York to Nacogdoches, Newt's spent the past eight years playing road house venues along the East Coast with "Fort Bragg" and "Buck Ford" as lead guitar and vocalist. He's also played several popular venues, including the Knitting Factory (NY), CBGB's (NY), the Cutting Room (NY), and ABC's local morning news show in New York. Most recently, Newt played Forth Worth's famed 8.0's, where he won the weekly "picking party" contest for the Texas Music Series on 95.9 the Ranch and opened for Texas' own Aaron Watson. After a big city detour in New York, Newt's back home in Texas to stay, writing and playing music the only way he knows how: his way.

I figured that now that he's a NURSE, he's been spending his time between voice acting and nursing. I grew up with my mom being a nurse, then both my older sisters went to nursing school and became nurses as well. Let me tell you, it's a tough job, being a nurse, if you're doing your job right because it does take up A LOT of time A LOT of work. So, can't blame the guy for being busy as hell... and if he's married and got kids, he probably trying to spend time with them too... so there is that too. I hope he checks in though.
